Lane Cove & North Side Community Services provides a range of health and community services to support older people, younger people with a disability and their carers who may be at risk of a premature or inappropriate move into residential care.

This support strengthens their ability to continue living independently in their own home as well as maximising opportunities to connect with other supports and services available in their local communities.

Home Nursing - general Lane Cove, DVA northern Sydney
Meals on Wheels - Lane Cove
Phone Shopping - Lane Cove
Shopping/Library Bus - Lane Cove
Podiatry Service - the northern Sydney area, including lower north shore
Linen service - Lane Cove
Transport service - basically Lane Cove but other areas on request and as resources allow
Community Care Support (advice, referrals etc)
Home Maintenance and Modification - lower north shore
Mens bus trips - Sydney metro area
Gardening - lower north shore
Community Visitors scheme - Lane Cove
Social support for people with disabilities - northern Sydney
Social Activities - cards, tea and tunes, bus trips, walking group, mah-jong, book club, table tennis, lunches
